• A business Tax Identification Number
• Business incorporation documents
• State, County or Municipal business certificate or business license number
• Commercial driver's license number
• Non-profit Tax Identification Number
• Federal or State income tax return showing operation as a business entity

COMMERCIAL FLEET ELIGIBILITY
Any individual or company becomes a registered Fleet Account by:
A) Purchasing and / or leasing five (5) or more vehicles (any make or model) during the current or preceding calendar year, current or preceding model year or preceding 12 month period.
OR
B) Currently operating 15 or more vehicles (owned or leased)
